Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Shipping Charges (Prepay & Add)
Shipping is not free. Shipping charges are added to your order at checkout (or on your invoice, if applicable) and reflect shipping and handling costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable once a package has shipped.
Processing & Shipping Time
Orders ship on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). We process orders as quickly as possible, but carrier transit times can vary. Most deliveries arrive within 2 to 5 business days from the ship date.
Carriers
We ship using common carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection may vary based on package size, destination, and cost.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive tracking information. Some orders may ship in multiple packages and may include multiple tracking numbers. If shipped in multiple packages, deliveries may arrive on different days.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, report it within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the box and the product.
Multiple Packages vs. Freight (LTL)
Depending on order quantity and packaging, we may ship Combat Mats in individual boxes to avoid higher freight (LTL) costs. We will ship via LTL freight only when the order size/weight makes freight more cost-effective than shipping multiple parcels.
Delays
If we expect your order to take longer than the timeframe above, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges to reship the order.
