Refund Policy

All refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis for products that are defective due to manufacturing defects.

To request a refund or replacement for a manufacturing defect, contact us within 90 days of delivery and include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- photos (and/or video) showing the defect

If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will, at our option, provide a replacement, or refund. We may require the item to be returned before a refund is issued.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise required by law.
